Orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days. This timeframe is necessary due to the unique nature of our lighting products, requiring careful handling and secure packaging. The exact processing time depends on the product you order.

Shipping Time & Methods

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days.
  • Sea Freight: 20-30 calendar days.

Carriers: YunExpress, UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, Royal Mail, etc.

Packages larger than 36 inches usually ship by sea. If you need faster delivery, contact us to discuss options. Deliveries scheduled during holidays will occur on the next business day.

Items With Longer Delivery Times:

Out-of-Stock Products: While we aim to keep all products in stock, occasionally, some items may sell out. If you order an out-of-stock item, we will notify you via email. You can choose to wait or cancel the order. If you proceed, we will expedite production and ship your order as soon as possible.

Customized Products: Tailored products require more time. We will deliver customized items within 5-15 business days after order confirmation.

Standard Shipping Conditions

Lights smaller than 39 inches are shipped by air, while larger lights are shipped by sea. If a delivery coincides with a public holiday, it will be rescheduled for the next business day.

Delivery Delays

If your lamp is damaged or lost during shipping, we will send a replacement at no cost. If a package is marked as "delivered" but cannot be found, it may still be en route. Contact the shipping carrier to trace the package. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must initiate a trace within 7 days of delivery.
