Refund Policy

Return Locations

Returns are accepted only in the United States and China. Returned products must be shipped back to one of these locations.

Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. Most products (excluding light bulbs) are covered by a three-year manufacturer warranty.
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original packaging and be in new, unused condition.

Manufacturing Defects

If you discover any manufacturing defects within 30 days of receiving your order, you can return the product for a full refund, including the return shipping cost. Please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos and videos for verification.

Change of Mind

If you decide to return a product because you changed your mind or want a different size, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The product must be in its original packaging and resalable condition. Once we receive and verify the product is in new condition, we will issue a refund minus our initial shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Installed products, customized items, and those purchased during special sales are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • Check the Return Policy to ensure your order qualifies for a return.
  • Contact us at info@udlamps.com with your return request and reason.
  • We will confirm the return amount and provide return instructions.
  • Ship the items back to us at your expense. Include a copy of your order confirmation email in the return package.
  • Notify us via email with your tracking number once you have shipped the return.
  • We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving the items.
  • Depending on your order’s origin, we will provide the appropriate return address (factory or warehouse).

Packaging Requirements

Ensure all returned items are in their original packaging, including all packaging materials.

Shipping Instructions

Take photos of the inside and outside of the packages before shipping to document their condition. We recommend using an insured, traceable shipping method to protect against damage during the return process.
After shipping, send a photo of the shipping receipt and tracking number to info@udlamps.com.

Return Shipping Costs

If you initiate the return, you are responsible for the shipping cost.
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the shipping cost.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the return is processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing time, usually between 7-14 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as returns and new purchases. Customized items cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or used products will not be refunded.

We must receive the returned products before issuing any refund. If the product is not returned for any reason, such as the customer refusing to send it back or accepting the package, leading to the shipping agent destroying it, no refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation

Customized items cannot be canceled. Non-customized orders can be canceled for free within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, a $30 processing fee applies if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
