Product Warranty

We offer a three-year warranty for our products (excluding bulbs).

Warranty Coverage

Within the first three years, if you encounter any issues or have questions about your product, please contact us at info@udlamps.com. Include pictures and videos of the problems you are experiencing. We will respond within 12 hours and provide solutions for the issues.

Replacement and Repair

• Accessories: If the issue is with the accessories, we will send you a free replacement via express shipping. You should receive the replacement within 7-10 working days.
• Electrical Circuit: If the issue is related to the electrical circuit, our engineer will assist you in resolving the problem within 1-2 working days.
• Installation: Please ensure that a professional electrician installs the products.

Exclusions

Damages caused by improper use, man-made damages, or natural disasters are not covered by our warranty policy.

Post-Warranty Support

After the initial three years, we still offer technical support to help you resolve issues. However, you will be responsible for the cost of replacements and any technical support provided.
